1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
✅ Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition (including original packaging, tags, and labels).
✅ Request for return must be made within 30 days of receiving the order.
✅ Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, including:

❌ Personal care or hygiene items (e.g., cosmetics, undergarments)
❌ Customized or personalized products
❌ Digital downloads or gift cards
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, follow these steps:

2️⃣ Wait for Approval: We will review your request and provide return instructions if eligible.
3️⃣ Ship the Item Back: Securely package the product and send it to the return address provided.
4️⃣ Inspection & Processing: Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
📌 Important: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
3. Refund Policy
Once your return is approved, we will process your refund:

Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Partial Refunds may be issued for:
✔ Items that are returned in damaged or incomplete condition (subject to a restocking fee).
✔ Orders that were received after the 30-day return period (if applicable).
4. Exchange Policy
If you received a defective or incorrect product, we offer free exchanges:

🔄 Provide clear photos of the issue.
🔄 We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
If you want to exchange for a different size, color, or style, standard return and reordering procedures apply.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery:
📷 Take clear photos of the item and packaging.
📧 Email us at support@deannaweatherly.store with your order details.
✅ We will offer a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
6. Order Cancellations
🚫 Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once processed, we are unable to cancel or modify an order. If you no longer want an item, follow our return process.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
✔ Check your bank account (refunds can take 5-10 business days).
✔ Contact your credit card company (processing time may vary).
✔ Reach out to your bank, as there may be a delay in posting the refund.
